Wijaya Herlambang is a researcher in politics, culture, literature and society. He is a lecturer at Gunadarma University and Pancasila University, Jakarta as well as an editor for Forbes Indonesia. Herlambang holds a Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Queensland, Australia. His published book, Cultural Violence: Its Practice and Challenge in Indonesia (Saarbrucken, 2011) has been translated into Indonesian language and published as: “Kekerasan Budaya Pasca 1965: Bagaimana Orde Baru Melegitimasi Anti-komunisme Melalui Sastra dan Film” (Marjin Kiri, 2013). His research interest includes political violence and foreign infiltration in Indonesia.
