It is given to the writer whose creation is selected by team of jurors (including Budi Darma, Hamsad Rangkuti, Seno Gumira Ajidarma, Remy Sylado, and Linda Christanty) as the best work published during the twelve month period proceeding the judging period since July 2007 to June 2008.

As of now, our resource library consists of approximately 588 writers, 801 books by 246 publishers, 736 contributing authors, 1091 (369 coverages, 210 clippings, and 512 reviews) articles published in 344 media outlets, 76 works in translation, and 58 useful resources that we consider particularly worth noting.

For short, our main feature, the writer's directory, provides a way for writers to find one another, but more importantly, the resources provided make it easy for event hosts—especially for international event hosts—literary organizers, arts administrators, librarians, booksellers, and readers to get in touch with writers. It's a HOME FOR INDONESIAN WRITERS. We strive to break down the language barriers that have prevented Indonesian books or literature from becoming more widespread.
