On this day in 2013, PEN American Center announced the winners and runners-up of the 2013 PEN Literary Awards, the most comprehensive literary awards program in the US. This year’s recipients include Annie Tucker for PEN/Heim Translation Fund Grants, in recognition of her English translation of Cantik Itu Luka by EKA KURNIAWAN.
