The organizers of the Singapore Writers Festival 2015 have dropped Indonesian poet Sitok Srengenge from the festival’s line-up after Indonesian artists posted an open letter on Sunday petitioning that Sitok be excluded from the festival due to sexual abuse allegations made against him. The Singapore Writers Festival: Island Of Dreams runs from Oct 30 to Nov 8.
