RATIH KUMALA launched her book The Potion of Twilight at SOAS University of London on this day in 2018. She has published several books, including Gadis Kretek  (Cigarette Girl), her fifth work of fiction, that has been published in three languages (German, English and Arabic) and in Bahasa Indonesia. She also writes screenplays for TV and film. The Portion of Twilight was translated by Soe Tjen Marching.
