Graduated from the Psychology Faculty of the University of Indonesia, Jakarta (1983) and began her career as a Counselor at the Sumbangsih High School, Jakarta. From 1983-1986 she held the position of Head of the Psychology Department at the Dharmawangsa Mental Health hospital also in Jakarta. Feeling the need to broaden her horizon, Eileen joined Bank Umum Asia (which since has merged with Lippobank) (1989), where she was Bureau Chief responsible for Human Resource Development until 1989.

Deeply concerned about all aspects of the enhancement of human resources, business executives in particular, Eileen decided to become more actively, directly involved and established EXPERD (Executive Performance Development) in 1989, where she occupies the position of Director until the present day.

She has written a number of articles on HRD topics published in Femina magazine, Neo magazine and Kompas daily. She is also an expert consultant for SWA, Tiara, Intisari, Ayah Bunda, Harper’s Bazaar and Fit magazines, and the commercial television station Indosiar for the series entitled: “Jelita”, and “Wanita Bekerja”. In her day-to-day responsibilities at EXPERD, her integrated team of experts, as well as a diverse range of professionals and practitioners outside her organisation assists Eileen.1
