Ariane Anindita

A writer, actor, musician and stand-up comedian from Jakarta, Indonesia currently working from the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the xwməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil- Waututh) Nations, known today as so-called “Vancouver, British Columbia”.

While originally from Jakarta, she has grown up doing stints in Sydney, Australia, many suburbs of Kuwait City, and South London. Ariane has become preoccupied with her existence as a third-culture individual and is trying to spend less time online. She’s completing her MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia and currently Managing Editor at PRISM International.
