Herdiana Hakim

Writer

A passionate reader since little, Herdiana Hakim can never stay away from great books. That’s why she chose to study English Literature and Psychology in Universitas Indonesia. She is currently pursuing her study in Children’s Literature and Literacies, University of Glasgow, while manages http://www.SiKancil.org, a website dedicated for Indonesian children’s books.

Since 2006, she has delved into the magnificent world of journalism and written dozens of articles for Reader’s Digest, Cleo, and Femina. Kota Lama & Sepotong Cerita Cinta (2015), which shares the story of Raden Ajeng Kartini, is her debut novel.
