Deasy Tirayoh

Deasy Tirayoh is an Indonesian writer of stories and film scripts. Several of her works are documented in books and media. She has published books such as Kerang Memanggil Angin, Titimangsa, Benteng Terluas di Dunia, Kaghati Kolope, Hikayat Gunung Mekongga, among others. In 2018, she represented Indonesia at the Southeast Asian Literary Council, and in 2019, she joined the National Literacy Movement as a writer. Deasy currently resides in Jakarta and is actively involved in television media, holding the position of Vice CEO at Puan Indonesia and serving as the Executive Director of the Alinea writers’ organization.1
